WHAT IS YOUR HOLD POLICY?
Our hold policy is $20 for every 24 hours it is off the floor! The $20 can't be transferred to any other dress and is non-refundable.
However, if you decide to purchase the dress that was put on hold, the $20 will be put towards the balance of the dress!
WHAT IS YOUR LAYAWAY POLICY?
We require the minimum initial non-refundable down payment to start layaway is 50% of the purchase price (incl. tax). You have 3 months to pay the balance and your outfit can be picked up after being fully paid for. Alterations can't be started until after the dress is fully paid for. The down payment is forfeited if the customer fails to pay the full balance within 3 months. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No waivers or exceptions to this policy unless in writing & signed by Crowning Around management.

FINAL ORDER & PAYMENT: We will call you to finalize the order over the phone, so we can double-check availability and sizing. We'll take your payment over the phone.
